In these      cases, our customers remain the data controllers and determine how and why      the data is processed.

Processing carried out as a data processor is governed by customer instructions and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) incorporated into our customer contracts or available on request.

  • Account      login details
  • Information      submitted via contact forms, support requests, or sales enquiries

When customers use OPS-APP, the platform may process personal data such as:

  • Employee      or contractor names and identifiers
  • Inspection,      maintenance, and compliance records
  • QR-code      scan logs and audit trails
  • User      activity records within the platform
  • Site,      asset, or machinery-linked data that may relate to identifiable      individuals

OPS-APP does not determine the purpose or legal basis for this data; this remains the responsibility of the customer acting as data controller.

  • Device      and operating system information
  • Usage      data and pages visited

3. How We Use Personal Data

We use personal data to:

  • Provide,      operate, and maintain the OPS-APP Services

  • Respond      to enquiries and provide technical or customer support
